Tub looks like new. This machine is untested. I really don't have a use for it. Anyone give $40.00 for it? I know of the matching electric dryer, if you feel the need. It works, but the owner wants $130.00 for it. Let me know if there are any takers. Picked up in South Bend, Indiana, or you arrange shipping. I can hold it for a few weeks, but not much longer. kennyGF |

The ultimate Belt Drive it is! Boy she looks like she just left the showroom floor at Sears. Unfortunately I cannot take it, but hopefully someone will take it off your hands quickly. I hope her condition matches her appearance. Have a good one, James |

Really nice! Hey Kenny, is it possible to switch-out the Cruel-Action agitator with a Super Roto-Swirl or Vari-Flex in one of these machines? Just curious. |

Duh, it just occured to me that the Vari-Flex may not have been available in the large capacity machines. How 'bout a tall Surgilator? |

Steve - That machine uses the standard transmission/agitator shaft. This is a large capacity machine, but not the gargantuan machines made from the 60s to 1981, so a Roto-Swirl or Vari-Flex would fit, but they would simply be filled higher-up on a full water level (the Vari would probably look funny though). The large cap. agitators were designed to have water raise up higher on them as compared to the agitators in the standard tubs. If you don't like the "cruel" action, which takes getting used to but probably works best of the belt-drive agitators for the larger tubs, the "winged" double-duty Surgilator would fit perfectly. Happy Thanksgiving everyone! |

If only I was closer, I would take it in a heartbeat. I'm not a big fan of black, but it does look really nice. The control panel looks like a lot of fun. Happy Turkey Day Everyone! Jim |

I have the original sales sheet for this washer, if anyone goes for the washer I'll throw it in the deal. It's a one-page glossy black promo sheet that was available in the stores. I actually bought this pair in the spring of 1985, then discovered that the dryer was too deep for the laundry alcove, so I had to cancel the order (sales lady was p*ssed). Lawrence |

The limited edition sets are awesome. My father's cousin bought the black pair in 1985. I could not believe how quiet it was. Have a good one, James |
