The seller's name is Linda and her email address is: gifts4u2treasure@yahoo.com. I think it's in Montgomery NY. Here's a shot of it and it has a fabulous FabricMatic dial. I would go for it, but my basement is getting very full, my wallet is getting very empty and I'm trying to limit myself to only my dream machines.

OK - this is on Craigslist. Yes, I do see her listing there. Now if I can just make some more room... Thanks, Andrew S. |

If you get this machine, you won't regret it. I have one, though mine is the dread Almond (Model LA108), instead of White. This model has everything you really need - Fabric-Matic cycle for delicates, bleach and softener dispensers, Perma-Press cycle, etc. But it also doesn't have the complication of a two-speed motor. The Fabric-Matic cycle ("Delicates" on the dial) works surprisingly well; it agitates a bit, soaks a bit, agitates a bit, then soaks a bit more, etc. Works every bit as well as any slow-agitation delicate cycle on any two- or three-speed machine I've ever used. You will not be sorry. |
