Very cool - a 70's. Probably belt-drive and loud as a freight train but still a very cool dishwasher!

Loud operation can be caused by a bad bearing assembly in the wash module or a dry belt

Silicone on the drive belt does wonders my 401 quieted down a lot after I greased the belt
