Last Saturday I brought home this 2 1/2 year old Frigidaire Affinity washer, (along with a 1975 Maytag A806). The woman selling the Frigidaire said she was selling it because 1. she didn't like that you could not add anything after the cycle was started and 2. she didn't like having to leave the door open when not in use to prevent musty odors. Hmm... OK....?

I am guessing she did not know about the "pause" button. LOL

There is nothing wrong with it, I ran two loads in it on Sunday and i worked perfectly! No problems, no issues, it did everything as it should!

She also told me she paid $650 for it when purchased... and I only paid $75 for it! WOW! I think that is one hell of a deal!

Holy CRAP! What a dumb reason to get rid of a washer. She probably just wanted to buy something new every two years like other rich people I know. Looks nice. I wonder if they have the aluminum spider like the frigemore's do?

I know they are made by Electrolux like the other (12 year old) Frigidaire FL I have.
