My first thought was The Thrill of It All, 1963, w/James Garner. But I bet it's more likely Please Don't Eat the Daises, 1960, w/David Niven. She had four boys in the film; that seems a better chance. Both are available on DVD. (The Thrill of It All is the film where James Garner drives his car into (unbeknownst to him) a newly-installed swimming pool. The movie is pure 1960's kitsch). |
