Washer needs new bearings?
It can't be more than a couple of years old. Asko not so durable then?

2001 Models

They're late 2001 - or at least that's when I bought my pair. My sister-in-law has recently replaced her 15 year old Asko after using it to wash for a family of three kids from birth upwards. We've both been very happy with ours, so perhaps this one's just not up to scratch.

What on earth have they done to that machine that it needs its bearings done so early?

My mother replaced her ASEA last year and it is still going...at 20yrs

...and that is doing 7-10 loads a week with a father who is a builder (the dirt is amazing)

Some of the early machines in that series of Asko's, got bad bearings pretty often. But not many of them.

My Asko 20003 is 17 years, and still going strong(with few repairs)
