Are you also getting the dryer too? Do you have any better photos of the console? Does it have mini-wash as well?

That is just great, congrats again!! I look forward to better photos after it's home!

Awesome! Even though it's probably 80's FF's deserve to be in the Imperial!

Beautiful set. I'm drooling here!

Waht's up with that dryer drum and the finish of the porcelain in the rear?

Odd to see those vanes, they appear to be plastique.
My vanes in the Hotpoint I have* (Smnaller door and capacity that the GE pictured) are molded into the drum and are porcelain coated as well.

For our international friends, after a certain year GE and (American) Hotpoint are mechanically the same.

I think that the plastic vanes in that dryer meant that it was a Large Capacity drum...at 6.0 cu ft. The drum you have Toggs is probably the 5.0 cu ft drum. They made this dryer after they killed the ubersized GE dryer and went just to the 27 inch models and they needed an extra large drum to match the extra large capacity washers. Nice set by the way...

I am always amazed at people with Filter-Flos that never used the filter pan or even know where it is! Gorgeous machines!

Nothing can remove dog hair from the laundry as good as a Filter Flo!

We had that same set in 1981. Wonderful performers!! The last of the best!!

The dryer looks like someone has been using dryer sheets. This will actually clean out with undiluted white vinigar on a rag.

thanks for the advice iheartmaytag! i was wondering what that dark area was in the back of the drum on the dryer!

Good luck finding one! I haven't been able to find one for mine either. Either for the ramped agitator OR the straight agitator! I actually would use it heavily if I had it, but can't seem to find one anywhere. Oh well.....someday!
