I got a call yesterday from the transport company that my latest purchase , that Westinghouse slant-front washer from Tampa that Robert posted , has arrived!
It came in via Sherbrooke, not Stanstead as I had hoped, so my plans to try and sneak it in to the house went out the window... So, I told hubby outright and I am was not murdered on the spot. He was actually pretty good about it!
So, I have another machine to play with this summer! WHEE!
I'll post some photos as soon as I can get the washer to the house in Ogden.
This should be a fun project!!

Congrats Paul, I know you are going to have lots of fun with this machine. Nothing screams 50s like a Westinghouse Laundromat.

I never would have found this if you hadn't posted it - thanks for sharing the emails and inquiries that the general public send to the board. There are still lots of great finds out there, waiting to be saved!!

I'll be picking it up tomorrow - wow, am I excited!!
I hope to have the first pictures early next week.
