Wow - two Duomatics in 2 months! A 1953 model, looks to be in pretty good shape.

Love that they say it will need to be taken apart to get it out of the basement. At 430 pounds, good luck! An Escalera is the only option for that manuver.

It's of a level of complexity beyond what I think I can handle.
I don't have the means to move it.
I don't have a great place to work on it.
I wouldn't likely do anything with it.
I have no idea how to get it into the basement here.

Good on you Cory....dont forget the surgical truss and back brace, your gonna need it, I remember picking up the Giromatic WITHOUT the dryer unit etc...there was a slope down to the garage, but we couldnt back the van with tailift down out of this country lane so we had a small wheely truck !!! OMG I was at the bottom, the driver was haulin up for all he was worth...never been so relieved to get that monster in its place!!!
