Has anyone seen anything like this......I'm talking about the machine on the right side of the picture. The ad says it is a dryer but I'm think more along the lines of an extractor. What do you all think?

Monitor

This is a Monitor washing machine with an attached wringer. Not a clothes dryer. It works similar to the old Hoover spinner washers with an impeller on the area where you see the out set of metal.
