by heater relay so you mean the centrifugal safety switch in the motor?... Unless the motor is turning ("run" winding) the heater won't heat. |

Make sure you have 220 volts at the receptacle, and at the terminal block of the dryer. Frigidaire dryers tend to cook the heater wires when there is a heat build-up due to poor/clogged venting. |
