My 806 has the buttons and a setting on the timer for suds return, but I think I need something else to use the suds return option.

Found this on one of the appliance repair and parts sites on the web. Is this what is required to use the suds saver option?

If you have the buttons, timer, and wiring, that should do it.

I have the buttons, the timer, but only one drain hose, and only one spot to attach a drain hose too.

Single hose comes from the pump, to the single spout on the diverter valve. Then you run 2 hoses from there, one to the drain, and one to a washtub. Do you have the wiring that goes from the conssole, to the diverter?

I'm not sure if the wiring is there or not. I will have to check.

the newer maytags have the built in anti-siphon coming ou the back for the drain hose to connect to....older models had a hose than came out the bottom rear port, and were really long, are these still available, and did these also create the suction sound during washing, seen them but never heard one running,...how long was this hose anyway?
