Theres also a Zanussi S118T, incase anyone's interested.

It looks like it might be another collector or something, in New Milton in Hampshire. I can't imagine a standard shop would have got all these old machines brought in in one go!

I got VERY excited when i saw the Washcraft, tho it looks like it'll need new concrete blocks - the seller says these appear to have been removed :(

The Electron and Zanussi S118T got my attention. Darn my lack of space and city centre apartment living lol. Thats a nice old Hotpoint on there too :)

Ive got just the same problem with no space, really is annoying me. I have a load of stuff in secure storage & it's tempting to rent a garage or something instead, move everything into their and have space for this hobby!

Can't find any garages to rent tho :(

Bugger, isn't it?
My Mum was never one to support my bizarre interest either so it's only now I'm in my own place I can pursue it more, but being an apartment I have ZERO space. I don't have a big vacuum collection but it is starting to take over slighlty. Good job I can stash them in wardrobes and corners and hope nobody notices. Can't do that with a washing machine though :(

I've decided to bid on the Zanussi S118T, It's one of my dream machines. I knew several people who had them when I was growing up and I loved them. There are some nice machienes up for sale. I'm sure the the guy is Bjorn from the this group.

My Aunties old 1988/89 Bendix Autowasher 800rpm is on there,

with the half load button and pull out dial, one of the first Bendix murged electrolux machines to be built, as they became tricity bendix in 1990.

AquaCycle....

Ain't it just! The annoying thing is, is i can even afford to buy alot of these machines that keep coming up on Ebay, but just knowhere to put them.

Am worried that by the time i have a house with garage, the 'vintage' machines will be the likes of the Indesit Evolution & other modern platicky nastiness!

Mebbe we should both look for a lockup somewhere near Birmingham or Leicester (Half way point between Oxford & Bradford) & use that to store some machines ;-)

Also found this one the other night:

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dllQU...

Believe its an Electricity Board special edition, possibly the EW 807, with delay timer for Economy Seven. The matching dryer was on Ebay just a few weeks ago, grrrr! :-(
