I have that set, as daily drivers. They are the last of the Dependable Care Maytag's, I believe. So far, they've been faultless.

That's the exact dryer I have. The matching washer with 4 speed combinations and 4 water temp combos. There is the envergy saver switch which actually turns the wash temp capability into 7 wash temp combos. Very nice machine. This was the mechanical TOL for 1994 and 1995.

very nice indeed, I just changed out the straight vane agitator, and installed the load sensor one, better roll over on large loads...

My washer came off a trade in pile, for $10.00. Other than someone had cut the cord, it needed nothing but a cleanup. The dryer was off C/L and was $125.00

You won't be disappointed.
