1959 multimatic and automatic filtrator dryer available. This was the first truly automatic filtrator dryer. Both the washer and dryer work beautifully. Make an offer. I'll be home September 5-13 on vacation.

Those are almost my dream machines! I have the '59 CI range and I've been wanting the CI washer and dryer forever. If I had the spare cash I'd figure out how to get them. They are beautiful!

Ah well....

Ok, I nearly shorted out my keyboard because these are too mouth-wateringly delicious... Rich, I have sent you an email (in case it gets quarantined!).

The WCI-59

I can personally vouch for. That used to be my machine that I traded for Rich's '67 WCIL. It runs smooth as silk and is very quiet. I put new belts on it and adjusted them as per the manual.

If I had the room, I'd take them back in a heartbeat!

Very nice machines! What makes this particular Filtrator more "truly automatic" than its predecessors?

Would just like to put this out there, but:

Has anyone ever heard back from Rich when he posts these sales and you email him that you're interested; and has anyone actually gotten any of these washers and dryers from him?

Just wondering !?!

I bought this beautiful WO-65 Unimatic from him. I had it shipped and he did a tremendous job of packing it up for me. I am very grateful to him for this machine. Rich has alot on his plate, please be patient with him. He's a great guy.

A Third for Eddy's comments!!

Rich is a really great guy and I know that he will get back to you as soon as possible. There are times in all of our lives when we have more on our plates than anyone should.

And a Fourth For Rich

I have never met, nor have I ever even seen a picture of Rich, but I can testify to Rich's generosity and willingness to help others here over the 9 plus years I've been associated with this group. I've always been touched by Rich's generosity. I cannot imagine what has been piled on Rich's plate to cause him to unencombur all of his parts stache, his appliances, his trains, and everything else he has so fiathfully and dilligently collected over the years. It actually grieves me deeply not only because whatever it is is a huge weight and because I know this is as excrutiating as having to give up a child and in this case there are NUMEROUS children he is having to let go. I just got to meet Rich this afternoon, he is a most wonderful man. it is sad that he is selling his collection.
Also his machines are all real, I saw them with my own eyes, and also bought a beautiful set that I will pick up soon.

He is a very busy man with a full plate, so please be patient.

I hope whoever got them post some picts. Feel a little bad I missed out, but then money is tight and it would have been a challenge to go get them.

Someday....

This set and a lot of others went to really nice homes. Not everything is spoken for nor has been picked up yet. I'll do another posting next weekend with what's left. I'm so glad that my collection will be going to nice homes.

If you want to say prayers, please say them for the few people who have sent me nasty, raunchy, filthy and disgusting emails calling me every name in the book and telling me to do something to myself that is physically impossible. These are the ones who have taken the fun out of this great hobby that has ever so many nice people in it. Dave, please pray that they find inner peace with themselves, that they will enjoy every minute of life. Life is so precious and if you've almost lost somebody close, you know how short our time is on this Earth.

It's hard for me to understand how some guys have gotten so upset over a washer and a dryer. People, this is just a hobby!

Thank you!

Sorry it happened to you. Hopefully those people have some sliver of conscience left and feel deeply ashamed of their childish, hurtful behavior. We definitely don't need that type of people here or anywhere else. You know who you are.

Some people have no class

Rich,
I wanted to say thank-you for all the help you have provided to not only myself, but others as well. You took the time to search through your parts and get what I needed to get my Roller-Matic rebuilt after a stupid mistake on my part. If it weren't for your generosity my machine would be scrap by now. Thank-You! For those that felt the need to send nasty e-mails because of what ever reason, grow up and show some class

Rich - don't what some folks problem is - you have always responded to (politely worded!) email. Some may have taken it the wrong way if they did not get a response in a week or so - too bad. You are a great guy and I have always found you to be helpful, willing to help a newbie or more-experienced member. Cheers to you!

I don't understand it. This is a quite hobby that hurts no one and impacts no one, why should anyone be hurtful? Got to say of the forums I belong to this is the easiest going and pretty much the happiest. People enjoy sharing, both their time and their talent and even their stuff. Perhaps that's what these people resent.
