Clogged inlet screen on the hose and/or water valve, or the hot water solenoid is bad. Check the and clean the screens first. The water valve part # is 205613 and is very cheap.

Thank you very much! The hoses are new, so I will check the water valve and prepare to replace it. Thank you especially for the part number and source. Kate |

Luck was with me. It turned out that the connectors were slightly corroded. They are now clean, and the washer is working like a champ. I'm in the Bay area. Does anyone know if there is a similar discussion group for refrigerators of the same vintage? Kate |

Welcome to the group Kate. You can discuss refrigerators in the Super Forum. There are quite a few members that have restored vintage refrigerators in the group too. |
