My favourite changes from time to time, but this 56 Kenmore Cyclafabric is one that I will never trade, or sell.

My mother had a 57 Cyclafabric in white when I was a kid. Maybe thats why I like this one so much.

Here are some pixs. (reruns) <:

Really, It's hard to choose

But I think this is my most favorite of all mine. My reasons are the sounds that it makes, how splashy it is, it's very effective at rinsing and lint removal, and that 1010 rpm final spin really saves on drying time.

Pulsator,
Couldn't tell on the panel, but that is a "Monkey-Norge", correct? I remember those washers being sold new when I worked there, now they are vintage collectable, I feel old.

Yes, that is the ultimate trio of machines. And with a Pulsamatic for good measure!

My fav is a tie between the 71 Lady K and 55 Unimatic.

Jackson in that picture I posted above the '57 control-tower washer on the left is a Imperial/Unimatic and the control-tower machine on the right is the Deluxe/Pulsamatic.

Hoover Keymatic

For me it has to be my 1972 Hoover 3243H Keymatic, it is such a stunning machine in the way it operates and of course its styling.

Though i have to say some of the American beauties on here are out of this world, built at a time when manufacturers where confident and actually took some time to make their products interesting and a pleasure to own

my favorite dishwasher

"at the moment" is my little g.e. mobile maid portable. but i change my mind frequently on my dishwashers!

favorite washer has to be the 1965 frigidaire custom deluxe i got from matt "everythingold" last spring, probably because it's the only one of my rollermatics that i have up and running at this time!

who knows, it might always be my favorite even after i get the others running. i did even sprinkle it with "holy water" before i used it the first time so it's pretty special!!!!!

It's hard, but,

It would either have to be my 1960 Kenmore washer (because it is almost exactly like my grandmother's when I was growing up, or my 1967 Kenmore Wringer Washer (which was virtually unused when I bought it from Salvation Army Thrift Store).

Yes it's a great machine. Although it will Suds Lock easily.
Rinse Shot. 2 extra grains of Tide will do it. I usually have to run it through a 3 minute wash with Cold Water and then we're good to go.
