hi ive never said this before but i used to have a hoover autosense dryer and i was wondering,
1) who else has one
2) was there a matching washer
3) was there ones other than the one in the picture below?

I'm sure this came out during the Classica/ New Wave era. It was the budget dryer i believe. Don't think there was a matching machine though. Never saw one in the brochure.

Ooooh this old girls been around...in years i mean lol.

I have this in my 1985 hoover brochure...so shes a wee bit older than newwave era. though i think it was still avaliable then.

my aunt and uncle have this dryer to along with their Logic. They've had it for yyeeeeeaaarrrrsss.

I always used to want this dryer when I was little

I think I used to like that it was a bit different to the other models, closest match to the round door washers as well I guess.

Ah yes definately out with the logic range of machines.

It was Hoovers Bottom of the range dryer, single direction, there was no matching washer to it.

But a steady performer none the less

thats cool that some people have given me info that i nevr knew about it, am i right that the one in the picture never had a door open button and you could pull the door with your hand and it would open?

yes thats right, there is a groove in the side of the door that your fingers fit in and just pull it open
