How nice to wake up to this! The mere thought that out there, somewhere, possibly exists a top loader with a stainless steel cabinet top just makes me need to turn a hose on myself.

I've always thought these were extremely attractive washers. Anyone in the group have one?

When I saw the Rheem dryer a few days ago I thought it was one of these. The backsplash panel sure does look familar...

Man, I would love to get my hands on one of those! Great-looking agitator in black bakelite. Overflow rinsing would be a fantastic feature as well.

Notice how you can trick it into giving a lower water level by using the Delicate cycle. Had no idea Blackstone made such a cool looking washer. Did you notice the elevated diction (word choice ) in the ad copy. Sounds as if Laundress wrote it. Wondering about the filter, if there was a lid, or if it was just a free-floating contraption. Here's mine which is currently seized, but both the motor and pump work, so there is hope and I'm working on it.

Question for Canadians

Was Blackstone ever sold in Canada?

Hi Gary ... Blackstone was not marketed, to my knowledge, in Canada. At least, not in the west, did I ever see one. Too bad for us!
