I often see people here in the club looking for discontinue parts. I am wondering if anyone ever tried ordering parts from Reliable Parts? They also supply other products beside parts like Persil laundry detergent.

I use to work for Reliable Parts during the 80's (at the Calgary Alberta store) - at that time they were great company to work for (family owned and run). Today I am not sure if it is still family run or operated.

I still buy my parts from them at wholesale prices (I saved a lot of money). I am not sure what their policy for wholesale accounts in the US, I still have my wholesale account with them.

Hey Eddie,

I have been extremely busy working on two research doctorate papers and my reward after writing those papers will be time to work on my UM-4. The dishwasher sits in my office, next to my desk in pieces to gives me joy, hope, motivation and inspiration - something to look forward too when my doctorate degree is done (3 more years).

Every day I open the dishwasher door, check the tub, and rack. I often inspect the motor, look at the spray arm and visualize what it will sound like when it is running.

I am hoping during the Christmas holidays I will start working on it.

Bob
