hello all, i have decided to sell my filter flo pair, if anyone is interested, $100 for the pair, i am moving to a new place and won't have a big basement like i have here. i would rather sell them to someone from here where i know they will be well taking care of. the dryer does need a new bearing and front support glides, i just recently put a new belt on it, the washer has some oil spray on the inside of the cabinet but it isn't major, the guy i bought them from was a GE repairman. the washer and dryer are from about the mid 80s both top of the line, let me know if interested.

Wow, that's a really nice set! Wish they were within pick up distance :-(

All the good stuff is always so far away. Good luck and I am sure someone will want them.

thank you for the great pictures. That's a beautiful set. Some observations I find "intersting". On the options knob, "normal" used to mean a warm rinse for all but the Perm Press Button, now ya have to set it for that as an option--thus all cold rinses. There's no extra rinse opton on Perm Press or Special cycles. There's only Extra Care option for Perm Press cycle on the dryer, not also on the Auto Regular cycle--my bigload dryer had it from 1978. A couple of quqstions ow. On Regular Wash cycle, how long is the wash phase for Normal Soil and Light Soil. Whats the wash time on Perm Press? On the Specials Cycle, on Kints, does it still agitate for a couple of minutes, do a soak for 2 or 3 minutes, and then start agitating again (i.e. at the Mini-Quick setting). I really liked that sequence.

Excellent set...that washer is a SPOT SCRUBBER!!!....with the solid mini--basket....a RARE find!!!once the mini-basket is filled with water, the filter flo turns off-concentrated detergent and scrubbing for tough stains

It took them long enough to figure out how to finally make the mini basket useful.
