I like this washer but I can't get it to stop leaking. I replaced the stem, boot seal according to your directions posted here, worked great for several loads, started leaking again. Replaced stem and seal again(using new parts), being very meticulous to follow your directions. Washer leaks worse now than ever! This is the third Maytag that I've done stem/seal job on, have never had this problem before. What am I missing? I can see a little water seeping through the seam between tub bearing and outer tub, more water seems to be oozing straight down onto the transmission. Any advice appreciated.
