I just caught the tail end of a Sandra Lee show on the Food Network. For the life of me, I cannot identify the appliances in her kitchen. I am inclined to think the are GE's, but can't find them on the GE website.

What do you think?

Malcolm

I'd say the Monogram line in the GE family. She sure looks happy with what she's doing.

Malcolm you are correct they are G.E. appliances.
Dishwasher Profile performance series.

Advantium speed oven microwave.

G.E. wall oven

But that cooktop looks like a DACOR but probably G. E. they look 2000 or 01, 02, the year they came out.
I can look for the model numbers in my GE stash but it is tucked away i can later if you want...I remember them they where on display at the store i worked.
Nice pic.

She should look happy -- It's the cocktails she makes in just about every show!

Wasn't GE at some point supposed to sell its appliance division?

On hold for now........

Yes, CEO Jeff Immelt wanted to sell GE's Appliance and Lighting divisions, but in July 2009 with major union concessions, and a struggling economy they decided to reinvest in Appliance Park and keep both divisions. They also recieved many govt. subsidies in order to build a "hybrid" water heater in Kentucky. In 2011 they will also begin to build "smart" washers and dryers in Appliance Park....So for now GE will remain in the Appliance and Lighting business..as for several years from now, who knows.

I sure would like to know more about that dishwasher. Looks like it might be a new model.

Sandra's kitchen is from 2000 or 2001 and completely GE Profile down to the cooktop. I clean a home with the exact same kitchen appliance package every two weeks. Her previous kitchen was all Kitchenaid. Greg

Some of the recipes on the show are a bit iffy (to say the least) but it is always fun to see the boozy "cocktail time" at the end of the show! Some shows I think she may have sampled them a bit early!

Hey Greg, if you're able to "sneak", I'd love for you to find out what the model # for that GE Profile Dishwasher is. I want to look the owners manual up online so I can see a close-up of that panel.

My thoughts too on the recipes, but I bet those cocktails are fantastic! Desserts and drinks appear to be her strong suits.
