Congrats Rick I too own the wonder that is the WFF2000. Its by far my favourite machine in my collection. I've missed not using it over the cold snap. It was my daily driver in my old house in favour of a shitty hotpoint wt960 i bought before it Can't fault the machine and agree with you on every point. It seems to do everything with ease Happy washing Darren |

In my last apartment, but left it behind as it was built in (in the bathroom) and it would be too much trouble to take it out. The Bosch DW was sold as the Bosch "Butler" origionally, it was around for years - a friend bought one in around 1992, and it lasted at least 14 years, could be still going in fact. They were highly rated by Which for years and had a surprisingly large capacity (6 place settings?) for the small size. It was this dishwasher that I was referring to in the thread a few weeks back about the Proline washer that just would not break down You have been doing very well on your collection Richar Al |

Congratulations on both Bosch machines. I think your little Bosch is a newer one. The first ones only had three programmes, the model with 5 cycles came much later on the market as a more expensive model. It was a bit more silent than the model with three programmes Also the timer has grey graphics around it. The older models had red ones. Here's a picture I saved from a Bosch website in november 2004. Your dishwasher must be from after that |

Yes, that's our Bosch we had to use when the AEG packed in. The AEG took 150 min for the ECO cycle, which I used most of the time. The Bosch was just 50 minutes. We bought it back in the 90s, then stored it after several years of use because we bought a house (with a full-sized DW). After about six or seven years, we had to use the small Bosch again: I just hooked it up to water and electricity and it worked right away. Great little machine! And the new spray arm (without the angled jets) made it even better.

Pretty cool demo. Thanks for all the information! When it says cold water fill recommended, does that mean it cannot be filled with hot water? What about warm water? Would hot water damage the fill valve? Seems like it would shorten the cycle time. |
