Looks like they applied a mud pack to the escutcheon to revive its beauty and did not fully wash it off. |

this is upsetting to say the least! i talked to the guy on this one, offered him 100 bucks and told him i would contact jim about pick up. jim got back to me and told me he could get it in april.
i tried to reach the guy via phone all last week and his phone kept saying he was no longer able to receive calls. i e mailed him thru craigs list, no response. just now i finally reached him via phone and he told me the dishwasher accidentally got sent to the crusher by his partner who was unaware it was being saved for sale! it's good and bad! i saved money and room in my house, but that beautiful old kitchenaid will not be preserved! all in all i am pretty pissed off about it, gonna just let it be, as you guys have said "they can't all be saved" but my mind is still saying "how stupid can you get!?" |
