These were great washers & dryers the washer was the first fully electronlly controlled automatic washer. I have had many of these over the years but I do think they look much sharper in the optional POPPY color it goes much better with the orange & browns on the control panel.

John, had no idea WP ever offered any type of Poppy color. thought only Frigidaire and Gibson???

Can't recall ever seeing a Whirlpool product in Poppy, either in person or advertising. Does anyone have any pics of such?

I was day dreaming and pulling your leg a little. since the POD had already been photo shopped to turquoise I thought I would kid you a little. Others on the site have said I am always too serious but think how pretty a Poppy pair would be. I also liked the later version of Poppy called Terracodda it was a little more orange and had no shading on the edges might be a good idea for a custom repaint .
