does anyone remember the montgomery wards washers that had the burp o lator agitators that were so powerful that when in spin cycle they would walk across the floor? I remember them because thats the only type of washer my mother owned. We had what we call a frigidaire pounder washer with the up and down agitator but it tore our clothes or tied them up in knots. My mother used to have a bendimatic washer/dryer, but she got rid of it because it leaked through the door.

MW washers at that time were made by Norge.
