I'm guessing this is a Custom model. Maybe a 16 or so?

made from 1968-1970 one of the most reliable KAs ever they were work horses and had added the constant rinse with this model for better top rack performance. This model still had the controls corp timer and didn't have all the push buttons etc to cause problems, all three of the 17 series DWs had timer issues much more often than the 15s or16s did.

It's funny, a friend of from college, in Dallas, his parents had that exact same dishwasher and I stayed with them for sseveral OU vs. UT weekends. I heard from him on Wednesday. They were a family of 6 (plus a constant flow of friends from their teenage kids) and it wore out by late 1970s. They felt the replacement was too expensive and ended up with a GE PotScrubber II. they didn't like the huge GE flatware basket, so they used the extra basket from a neighbor's Waste King, lol.
