Having re-organised my garage, put in plumbing and power sockets i can now run machines together.
So this afternoon i decided to shoot a video of three 1100 Hoover machines spinning in unison, the A3060, A3110 and the A3190.

Hey Gary i like it , get some washing in and it could be a back ground to "Dots" laundrette, Mr Oppodopollis would approve! You just need a a "Dot" look-a-like with fag in mouth rolling eyes at the trouble in the square! A Hoover Laundrette! how good would that be! Glad to see the collection going strong!

A nice set up, I would love to have all the plumbing and drainage set up in the garage like that and just go out and wash. I have to use the garden hose and some larger hose for waste water, it’s all a bit heath robinson and not unusual to see the odd puddle.

Great Hoovers.

Lee

PS have you still got that Hotpoint 18 series you found?

Hmm well with your flair for retro kitchen design maybe you could design it :-).........a Dot shouldnt be too hard to find 20 fags and a pot of tea should be enough to entice one in.

Thanks for your comments but dont be too impressed, my water still comes from a garden tap via a long hose and power from a neighbours garage, the waste pipe (bottom left in picture) just drains into the car park.
I was inspired to do the plumbing etc when I saw chestermikes and Johns (deeprinser) arrangements, like you I was constantly having to fiddle hoses, pipes and leads etc.....when I wanted to use a machine, i will do the same for the other washers on the opposite side at some point.
The best gadget I bought was the 4 way hose adaptor off ebay standard size fittings so everything fitted
The Hotpoint yes i do still have it and it is all working fine, i am thinking of moving it on though as i need to make some more room
