That machine seems to be really quiet. And I LOVE the amount of water it uses! If our FL machines here in the US used that much water there would be less complaints about them.
Thanks for directing us to your video. I enjoyed watching it.

Great videos. When the machine went into spin it was so stable.

What rpm is the machine.

You're right! Are undestroyed machines, and they clean very well :)
Philco Bendix represented a piece of my childhood 'cause my grandma had a Philco Bendix (WE752 Echos III) and that is the first washer I loved..
Soon I'll record new videos about my Philco Bendix... :)

What a great looking Philco!
Is this a W/D combo?
What year is it from?
Great videos.
Thanks!

Hi Brent!!!
Thanks for your comment!! No, it's only a washer and it's from 1980.. I'm not pretty sure, but consider that originally it has the inox square door..
I know that this model (W65A) were sold in two version: with inox square door and with traditional round door. The difference is that this model with square door has the stainless steel tub. Believe me, it's a superb machine.. In home we have a modern electronic washer from Hotpoint Ariston but..this Philco wash better that Ariston.. the times of wash and rinse are fastest and the result is better. Consider that for four rinses, two intermediate spins and final long spin, my Philco spends more or less 30 minutes, then the Hotpoint Ariston of my parents for only two rinses and intermediate spins spends more than 45 minutes.. and spins aren't balanced always.. I hope that my Philco washes for years and years again..
Thanks!
Gabriele

We had a Hotpoint ( Ariston ) W/D that lasted two years....it was awful....the cabinet dented when I moved it to clean, it was noisy as hell and took forever to balance to spin. I always had to select extra rinse and select the longest wash to get passable results. Thank god the pcb went after 2 years!!!
