This (I'm guessing) modern Frigidaire dishwasher is advertised on Craigslist. I'm wondering if there is the slightest chance that it is any good as a dishwasher. I suspect not--based on my Frigidaire washer experience--but there is always hope.

It's probably much better than what they seel now. This is still the old D&M design and shold be fairly decent, depending upon options, but if it has a water hea4t option, that should help prolong the main wash cycle. I think it has a tower for washing the top rack. Good size top spray arm too. Similar to the Kenmores of this era.

Yes, but the Kenmores had that upper spray arm UNDER the top rack where it should be!

That machine has a good deal of power and it cleans well. I had a Caloric version of that dishwasher. It was a built in and wow could that clean. This one should have the soil separator, it was a knock off to the Whirlpool PowerClean module.
