Yesterday I woke up in the middle of the night and came down to drink some water. When I entered the kitchen, I noticed that my Miele dishwasher was noisier than usual. When I listened more carefully, I noticed that there was an 'air' sound while 'spraying'. I added some water (think about 1 liter) and started her again. Sound was gone.

Today I cleaned the filters but I didn't notice anything unsual. What is going on? Nothing happend, nor there was any repair on it since her purchase (2003)

Does your Miele have a level or a pressure switch to regulate the water level?

Keep an eye on it, if it happens more often it's something to pay attention to. But dishwashers do that sometimes. Was there something turned upside down in the dishwasher that held water perhaps?

No there wasn't something upside down... but thx for pointing at it! I'll pay attention tonight while loading. ^^
