Saw the picture of Mike's Reversamat My Mum still is a line and clothes horse lady so when I visited My girlfriends house for the first time in early 1978 there was the first tumble dryer I ever saw, a shiny two year old reversamat exactly the same as Mike's Picture, Anyway the belt broke last wednesday it has been used almost every day since 1976 so it was bound to. Can anyone please help me source a new belt, I'm in the UK the old belt says c11730 or maybe c11780 the codes have all changed in the last thirty years or so. I can't find the actual product code on the dryer or the actual dryer model code. Its a three rib belt that fits smooth side down on the drum all around down and through two locating pulleys and the ribs just seem to locate on the ridges in the long extended drive shaft. Also any tips on how to fit the belt will be a great help looks that I have to drop the back away from the drum and somehow split the pulleys to thread the belt through. All help gratefully received
Thanks
Alan
