the ad reads:
Washer from 1960's. It is clean throughout, no rusting except for the dent in the front. The rollers still have the plastic on them. Do not believe this was ever used. Have the original owners manual and parts list. CLICK HERE TO GO TO akronman's LINK on Boston Craigslist

I'm with Drew, based on my experience with AJ Madison and the Danby DTT-420 I ordered. The thing took a month to get here and had a puncture wound in the side. Worked fine, and I figured if it took a month to get here one only knows how long it would have taken to do the exchange. Still, a $400 washer with a hole in it... yeeez
I would bet the dent is from moving it around and had nothing to do with actual use. It does appear to be in very good order. -Tim | ||
