He replaced the lower set of shocks with new ones. The video you see us a replaced set of lower shocks, new motor and new motor controller board. |

I really don"t understand what"s happening to those washers.. On YouTube I accidently ran on bunch of videos that are showing them going crazy! :/ |

Matt I have a Nexxt 700. The drum will move rather easily but goes back into place quickly..easy to tell the shocks are working properly. Give that a try and see if you can feel a busted shock. I had a Neptune that I bought NEW and it had a busted shock. The machine went crazy during spin. Sounds a lot like what yours is doing. The drum had no "spring" action when trying to move it. The shock on that machine was actually frozen and would neither retract or extend.
Sad that three years is all you (or anyone) can get out of new machines now. Especially considering the price. |

Possible failed spider. Very often a cause of vibration. Unusual on a Bosch but you never know. |
