The Jubileum book is nice, but the dishwasher we can see is not looking like the one we could find around 1965. However, the size and the shape is quite close, and not at all like the Ignis Alice. | ||

Aahh, there is the mixer that I inherited from my mother. I see that it was quite expensive at f 47.50. And I recognise the spin dryer too. My mother had that same model before the automatic washer came into the house. | ||

As a matter of fact, answering to foraloysius, I remember this dishwasher was supposed to be built in the Netherlands. | ||

The jubileum book doesn't mention a Dutch factory where major appliances were manufactured. It says that in the beginning Philips started selling them they bought major appliances from other countries. Later they had joint ventures with Ignis and Bauknecht, but those factories were in Germany and in France. Perhaps that dishwasher was one of the early ones and (again perhaps) was built by another manufacturer in the Netherlands.
