I am trying to make a deciscion between the bosch axxis washer WFL 2060 uc
and the Bosch Axxis Washer WFR 2460 uc. As far as I can tell the main difference
for the price is the spin speed. The 2460's spinn speed goes up to 1200 the 2060's spin speed is up to 1000. I have one salesperson telling me it doesn't make a differnce (not worth the cost) and another salesperson saying it is worth the money. Does anyone have an opinion.

Hey

For what its worth, I have the 2460. It been under fairly heavy use for alomst 3 years and I havent had a moments trouble with it. The 2060 is just a more budget model, I think. However, I went with the 2460 because of the higher spin speed and according to some sources, the higher end machines are quieter. Check out Bosch's website, and u can look at the detailed differences. I don't regret my purchase one bit....I would recommend the pedistals, though. I dont use HE detergents......use 1/8 to 1/4 of the softener or even just DWV........never need bleach. Once u go to a FL with a heater, you wont go back. Good Luck

I could have written Bosch2460's post. I have also had mine for 3 years without a single issue. I don't recall why I bought the 2460 over the other but I seem to recall the spin speed was not the only reason. I also think the 2060 didn't have the delay start, etc. I love the spin speed. My towels only spend a few minutes in the dryer which is great!!

I use that feature almost every day dispite the posts on leaving your machine running when not at home.

I would buy the 2460 again.

Sort of tricky on those model numbers v.s. the rpm of spin. At first my eye brows jumped, 2460 spin!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Then I saw it, the 1200!

let us know what you get..

Steve
