What are the odds that ANY 1958/59 machines like the POD are still around? (I can find nothing on YouTube...) Is anyone else as intrigued as I am about the old WA Wizards? |

I grew up in a town with a Gambles Hardware store, and these washers were sold there under the Coronado brand. Knew a few people who had them. They seemed a little crude compared to sleek-operating Maytags and Frigidaires. Quite noisy, and they made very unique sounds (hence "the pig"). I recall they had a button you'd push to start agitation if you wanted less than a full tub of water.
