My mother called today and told me the belt in her Hotpoint dryer finally gave out. I bought the matched washer & dryer for her in about '89 or '90, not sure of the model number as the machine is in another state. My dad can most likely change the belt, but wondered how to do it - I'd greatly appreciate it if anyone has done this and can give some guidance or recommend a relevant web site. BTW the dryer is gas, and has never had a problem before this.

Nobody has been into one of these? I'd assume it's the same as a GE . . .
