I think I have this same or similar book somewhere in the library as well - would love to get close to that washer and dryer illustrated on the cover!  We had a built-in Hotpoint dishwasher like the one pictured with the single dial above.  It had the black bakelite wash-arm and only a nozzle in the center for squirting the top rack.  It was fun to hear running but a fairly pathetic dishwasher for most things other than well-rinsed plates and soda glasses and coffee cups not placed in the corners of the upper rack.

Thanks again for all your scanning work, it's really been appreciated by so many!

Looks like GE made that for Penny's. A lot of Mobile Maid Characteristics. Rack Design, Rinse Dispensor as well as the Detergent Cup. Even the Control Dial is Exactly the same one on my Grandmother's GE Front Load Portable from 1966. Looks like the same Rack designs from the Bow Tie Era.

Thanks for all the Scans. I didn't think I'd ever see 3/4 of those machines ever again. Extra Credit. Eddie
