Does the dryer have a round opening with a curving lint screen when you open the door or a D-shaped opening with the lint filter sitting in the flat side of the D (with the D lying on its flat side)?
Thanks

OK Guys, he's offering one of the big dryers with the huge door and the drum that is around 8 cu. ft. Those of us who have had them found that they work well and are great for huge items, but GE did not increase the size of the blower so lint tends to accumulate around the door plug as well as in the lint screen, especially with large loads of cottons. They were offered in two models: the Americana with lighted control panel, bells and whistles and a model with less fancy trim. Talk to him if you are interested.
