No leaks, no rust, no scratches, no dents...............NO WILLPOWER!!!  Oh well, this is an step up in the line to my basement mobil maid, I can upgrade myself.  I can also justify anything I drag home with very creative reasoning!

The first step is...

Admitting that you are powerless over the Mobile Maid! Smile

Is the inside as clean as the exterior?

Very nice find. My Aunt had that machine when I was a kid. I would always reach into it and spin the wash arm around and irritate my mother who was blushing because her little boy was more interested in the dishwasher then visiting with family.

I envy you!  It is in excellent shape cosmetically, but what does it look like mechanically?  Let us know what happens when you run test load please.

When I mentioned....

The no rust and all of that it was after I ran it.  It is clean as a whistle underneath, works perfectly and is quieter than I would have guessed.  Fun find, right up the street!

Sounds to me like it belonged to the proverbial "little old lady" type.  I saw a Mobile Maid at an estate sale last year about 2 blocks away from me, but it looked like it had had a hard life.  Needless to say, I passed on it.  I like the pale blue speckled interior.  And, the Power Shower is a nice plus IMO.  Don, I'd consider keeping it for quite some time if I were you.
