Like Dante's inferno, but instead of the damned, the dark cavernous sub-levels were filled with discarded appliances of every make and model. It was heaven, but just as I was all set to make peoples' dreams come true touring the country in a new truck and visiting friends as a retirement project, this paradise was turned into a crushing factory. Total sacrilege.
There is a big shop in Queensbury NY housing a lot of cool old stuff. Paul knows the name of it. The contact there is Hans, but I've forgotten the name of the place. If you want their email, I'll buzz it to you. |
