I recently acquired one like this and like yours the cabinet and racks are in great shape AND I am also missing the silverware basket! How odd!!
Like yours, the one I bought had been disconnected and had sat for many many years. I tested the components individually and found the timer was good, the pump motor was good but that the pump itself had seized. I am still trying to figure out a way to fix that (or find a suitable replacement). If you can open the pump case (it may need some WD40 to loosen the screws), see if you can spin the pump impeller by hand; if so, you are in good shape! There are several Youngstown Dishwasher owners here who are far more knowledgable than me, though!! | ||

i think they disconected it and stopped using it because there was a leak in something under it.
