Do you guys think the Dispensers at this site will fit my 1976 McGraw Edison Speed Queen FA9101? The owner never emailed me back yet and if it will work I want to purchase it thru Paypal before they are gone. You have to click on vintage parts then scroll down to Speed Queen to look at it.Thanks,Brian.

check out this link.....at about 2:12 is where Ben has added the lint filter....the dispenser doesn't look all that much different, but notice the little slide lever on top that hold it in place, the proper dispenser should have this.......

outside of having one, just to have it....
in an overflow rinse machine, its always been best to add fabric softener after the first overflow stops....otherwise it just greatly diluted and flushed down the drain... plus we usually monitor our vintage machines in action, so were there to add products as needed through out the cycle anyway.... I got mine a few years back from easyapplianceparts, it came up on their computers as 'out of stock', but when they checked inventory, they had them in-stock...I grabbed a NLA pump and belts while I was at it.... |

finding either one is still going to be next to scarce....
but nothing says you can't have some fun improvising...... like using a filter pan from a GE....and recirculating the water....in which case you will trap a lot more lint this way.... just a thought....
