I love how the seller goes as far a taking and posting a closeup picture of the lid handle but doesn't even bother to open the lid and take a picture of the interior. For all we know the agitator is gone.
Its like trying to sell a car with only exterior pictures and not one picture of the interior. I see this all the time with machines sent to me in emails and I have yet to figure out the logic behind it. |

Todd these dryers did not have lint filters if you vented them to the outside, the lint just went out with the hot air and moisture. There were two different accessory lint filters however, one was just a screen that was held against the exhaust opening that could be used if the dryer was not vented. The other was a box with a screen attached to the top and this also had round knockouts on the sides and back that you could connect and exhaust pipe to it. Some times when I have found these old dryers one of these are still with it. |

As a reference of approx. 1800 miles, I just had an appliance shipped from the west coast to Iowa. I received many quotes on uShip anywhere from 400-1500 dollars.
YouCrate was looking to charge 600 dollars. Expect to spend at minimum 500 dollars to have something shipped across the country - more in the range of 600-1000 dollars. Cute Kenmore, btw. Ben |
