Is it possible that something like a bra wire has gone down a tub hole and caught on the heater?
I would slowly rotate the drum to see if you can hear the click if you can you may need to shine a torch in so you can locate the object and then it may be you need to replace the heater all of this is conjecture as I cannot see the machine. Good luck Austin |

Thanks for the quick reply theres no noise from the drum but the load clicking comes from behind the control knob if you advance the program cycle one click it continues till finish. Thanks Dave |

Hello, does it work ok if you set it to rinses 'H' or special treatments 'J'? Which programme have you been using? Tom. |

Right ok ... Well if I remember correctly the Zanussi timer has a solenoid on the side that clicks when the timer reaches the point to turn on the heater it then remains still untill the correct temp is reached it should then click again and release the timer cam thus letting it complete the cycle. I suggest removing the top and having a look to see if you can tell if this is happening.
Can you take some pics or better still do a video of the clicking timer? |

I will see if I can dig out the timer chart for this model. This will tell us when it is supposed to heat up and where the thermostop (solenoid) is in action. Tom. |

Was reading this with interest & I wondered what's happening to this machine? Anyone heard from dave323? This would be the same timer fitted to my Z9292T i believe, Tom? Liam. |
