60 minute wsh and dry cycle

Yes, really. The TOL 27 inch Duomatics had a powerful drying system, whether vented (electric or gas) or condenser (electric). They moved a lot of air through the load and extracted at just over 500 rpm so the load went into the dry portion of the cycle extracted as well as laundry from a separate washer. Of course, that was not a large load and they were lightweight fabrics, but loads of sheets would be done in an hour in ours.

Thanks Peter that commercial is simply fabulous. I desperately need to update the video download page here on aw. I want to find on YouTube automatic washer commercials and detergent commercials that show at least one shot of an automatic running. Also any whimsical 1950s detergent commercials with a song/jingle.

If you guys have lists of links on youtube, send them to me and I can work on updated the video download page.

Wonderful video as well as the machine.

It's just about like mine. And, yes, it will do a load in about an hour.

Mine is a condenser machine.

I love using it. And the sounds . . . they're great.
