I have Not run the Dryer. However It was working when it was picked up.
These have been stored in a Heated Basement. Make me an Offer. I maybe able to meet someone half way to deliver pending on the distance and state you are in. I have not polished or compounded the Dryer, but I think the finish will be fine. |

This is the first design of the GE TL portable DW that really worked well and this was the final style of GE TL portable DWs. This would make a good daily driver for someone who wants or needs a TL portable DW, the TL portables take up the least floor space in tight kitchens, this would also make a great 2nd DW for someone, I have a KA TL portable tucked in the corner of my kitchen that can be used when the two built-ins are full and I am to lazy to unload them. |

Those are nice. Love the top-loading dishwasher. And of course the Maytags are amazing. Just wondering, the dryer door knob does not look like the one I am used to see. It looks like a kitchen cabinet door knob. Correct me if I am wrong. I wish I could take them in. |

I have seen those plates before. I'm betting they may be either Shenango, Syracuse or Mayer china. |

There is an interesting story behind these dishes. They are from a restaurant on the Cape that was once called "The Yankee Clipper". At one point the Clipper got sold to a friend of mine and she bought all new dishes for the restaurant. As years went by she decided to get rid of this pattern and asked me if I would like a place setting for 8 or so. The glaze on these dishes is just amazing. They have to be at least 50 years old and even after all the meals that have been served on them (commercially and residentially) they still look great.
The Pattern is called "Indian Tree" and they were made in England by Wood's Burslam . I always say I should get some everyday dishes, but I like these so much, why not use them everyday ? @ Kevin... Are you serious ? I should have been more specific and stated 1/2 way on the East coast and as far south as NJ... but hey I just don't want to see these nice machines go to the crusher. |
