Hey Guys: My WO-65-2 (1954) has started making a rattling sound at the bottom front during the spin cycle. It doesn't make this sound during the wash so I know it is not the fan. Could it possibly be a spin barring going bad - I'd appreciate your thoughts. Should I continue to use it or not. Thanks for your help.
Bob

It still could very well be the fan. I've seen them only rattle with the vibration of tub during spin.

You need to move the machine out, take off the back panel and carefully observe what is going on.
